Madam Susan Tan is a Registered Estate Agent (E1421) with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers. She is also a fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA). She served several years as committee and as committee for public relation & bulletin portfolio. She is also a speaker for the Negotiators Certification Course by Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents Johor branch. Madam Susan comes from a family background in real estate. She holds a Diploma in Insurance and she has many years of experience in handling both general insurance and real estate business. She is the Chartered Secretary of Lions Club of Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru and she is actively involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community projects too.
